About the Name Gaillard

The glamorous and glorious GLR names display all the gleaming, glowing, glamorous, glittering, glitzy qualities of the GL phoneme, colored by the romantic influence of the royal letter R, which lends a somewhat rakish essence. GLR people are certainly endowed with more than their fair share of fashion sense and carry themselves with style and grace.

Moreover, GLRs manage to be dignified without being intimidating -- charming others by making them feel important despite their “obvious superiority”. Many GLRs are accompanied by an entourage of doting admires, and as long as you pay them the homage they believe they deserve, you too can count yourself as a member of the GLRs’ court. GLRs aren’t likely to become professional athletes. In fact, they aren’t likely to become anything that involves any sweating at all. Their version of keeping in shape has less to do with pumping iron than it does going power-shopping.

If you know any GLRs, you’re probably familiar with their mysterious way of ending up at the top their chosen profession. This could be anything from retail sales to rocket science, but like most people with a G-name, they are natural politicians who are well suited for any job that involves shmoozing. It’s not that they’re particularly driven, however, they just seem to know which buttons to push and with whom to associate in order to get where they want to go. Subtlety is part of their secret, and their easy-going nature hides an intent that only becomes apparent after they’ve achieved their goals.

GLRs don't like to be bothered much with other people's messy emotional issues; they’re much too busy being the sovereign of their own affairs. So if it’s just sympathy you’re looking for, don’t waste the GLRs’ time unless you want further rejection. However, if it’s guidance or advice you need, then GLRs (who love having their opinions polled) are the go-topeople.

Marriage to a GLR can be an uplifting experience. But once someone has landed this noble creature (or typically the other way around), they’d be advised to cater to his or her romantic notions of marriage if they expect the GLR to hang around. Once the GLRs’ partners figure out that flowers, kind gestures and un-reminded anniversaries are part of their courtly duties, they can expect a reciprocal royal treatment from these gracious people.
