The letter F is the icon for all things fun, flamboyant, flirtatious, flighty, funky, flippant, fresh and friendly. So though it’s true that names beginning with the conservative letter J tend to describe personalities that are cautiously deliberate, JF people are almost always described as being unpredictable and friendly.
But no matter what people say about the JF personalities, it also includes something about their undaunted optimism, and -- even if this enthusiasm isn’t readily apparent to the casual observer -- the JFs’ irrepressibility is never far from the surface.
JF people seem to cause a stir wherever they go, and even they would have to admit that it’s because they enjoy showing off their ability to make clever jokes on the spur of the moment. But JFs also aren’t known for their patience and aren’t going to waste their efforts on people who fail to deliver instant gratification. So if you want to keep your JF friend, make sure that he thinks that you think he’s funny. Your JF friend will be particularly generous and considered and won’t ask for much in return other than a corresponding loyalty. The nice thing is that if your JF friend has a problem with you, he’ll leave you no doubt as to where you stand.
When sufficiently motivated, the JFs’ powerful emotional energies make them dynamic workers and formidable competitors, and since independence and stubbornness are two of the JFs’ salient qualities, they are usually best suited to working on their own. Whether they are owners of their own businesses or helping to run someone else’s, they’re natural salespeople and great negotiators. Teamwork doesn’t come naturally to these independent creatures and they’re happy to assume the blame when things go wrong in exchange for taking all the credit when they don’t. When they do take a leadership role, people seem to appreciate their unaggressive styles. The only downside of being amongst the highest wage earners in their peer groups is that JFs are typically the first people that others hit up for loans.
When it comes to matters of the heart, JFs usually takes their own sweet time in deciding when to settle down; a situation that can be frustrating for the women that see them as desirable mates. But these fun-loving flirts are nobody’s fool and usually see no reason to rush their decisions. When the right one happens to come along, they’ll waste little time in claming their prize.
Married life will mirror the JF’s professional life, in that he’s going to insist on maintaining his independence. As long as he hasn’t married a jealous type, his union should prove fruitful, long lasting, and undeniably interesting.
