About the Name Ceard

Even though the letter S is the herald of all things sexy, sassy, sylphlike, and sweet, its combination with the letter D tends to bring out its darker elements.  The D is the icon of discipline, destruction, dapper, dignity and danger, and its combination with the S implies the aggressive sexuality found the words: seduce, scoundrel, soldier, stud, sturdy, and sword. It should be noted that S names ending in the letter Y or IE (Sydney and Sadie) tend to have the relaxed air found in the words: sunny, spry, silly, sassy, sexy, and snazzy. Interestingly, most SD names also incorporate the negative letter N (no, not, never, nada, null, nothing, nada, nyet, and naught), which implies a disposition toward moodiness and even the occasional emotional outburst.

SD people are not afraid to use a little flirting to achieve their goals, and there’s nothing so serious in their lives that they cannot find something to laugh about. While it could be argued that their laid-back philosophy is the source from which they draw their social power, it might just be that people find the SDs’ simplicity and down-home bonhomie particularly attractive. Like most people whose names begin with the letter S, SDs don’t understand why everyone around them seem to complicate their lives unduly. SDs construct their own lives with elegance, integrity, and style.

Yet SDs aren’t without their exhibitionist streaks, and once you get them in the spotlight, you’ll need the marines to extract them.  SDs are those talented, expressive individuals whose unconcerned affability can simultaneously charm and exasperate. With their penchant for drama and sly senses of humor, most people find them to be somewhat addicting.

SDs aren’t likely to complicate things when it comes to their careers either. They certainly have enough energy to succeed in whatever field they enter, but they aren’t going to sell their souls for a greenback. They’d much rather be on the dance floor, golf course or buying a round of drinks for their countless friends. This isn’t to say that SDs don’t have their downtimes, but when you catch them in their groove, you’ll be surprised at their capacity for goofiness.

Mating with an SD is an adventure that’s not for everyone… it takes a special kind of person to appreciate the SD’s blend of excitability and demand for family structure. So if you don’t mind the tradeoff that comes with living with a spouse who’s not the most compassionate listener, but has old-fashioned principles instead, you aren’t going to do much better than teaming up with an SD.
