Because the vigorously pronounced letter T is the symbol for all things talented, tremendous, terrific and triumphant, its combination with the red-blooded letter R creates names that evoke passion and stick-to-itivenes. These are people who have a solid understanding of themselves and have no compunction about sharing their intricate philosophies of life with others. It’s worth noting that, because the letter N is the symbol of negativity (no, not, never, nada, null, nothing, nada, nyet, and naught) the names Renita and Renato tend to represent people with a streak of pessimism superimposed on their robust personalities.
The word spicy seems to crop up a lot when people describe the RTs, and this could either be a response to their restless natures, or their predilection for taking control of social situations. Either way, RTs are very much social creatures, and when left to their own devices, will quickly grow bored and restless. Torture for one of these active individuals is being forced to sit quietly for an hour, or having to wait in traffic.
No matter what the conversation is about you can always expect a chipper (even a brusque) input from the RTs. These quick-witted people are usually two or three steps ahead in their thinking process and have little patience for beating around the bush. But despite their obvious intelligence, RTs function poorly in structured educational environments: they’re much better off learning at their own pace and controlling the subject matter themselves. Maybe this is why most RTs don’t achieve success until much later in their lives.
RTs are characterized by a can-do spirit that keeps them in the limelight. These socially adept people are equally comfortable in the company of both sexes and are drawn to careers that permit them to interact with the public. Still, they’re not given to the all-work-and-no-play motif, and RTs will always find time for a gossip session with the girls, or a beer with the boys.
In their romantic lives RTs may be affectionate but they’re definitely too feisty for some tastes. When beginning new relationships, they’ll usually make it their business to “train” their significant other to their specifications (which can be a little intimidating to the uninitiated), and some RTs go so far as to undertake the task of honing their lovers’ skills. So if you’re the domineering type, there’s a good chance you’re going to knock heads with your RT mate, but if you have a sense of humor and an easy-going disposition, then you’ve got a decent shot at a long-lived and out-of-the-ordinary union.
